Full Size Washer /Dryer in it's own room ,large pantry in kitchen,large eating space just off the kitchen overlooking the view of the lake and trees.
The condo is part of a 12 unit building...4 condos per floor. This unit is on the second floor and can be accessed by the elevator or the stairs. Plenty of parking for you right outside your door.
A Heated pool and hot tub is for your enjoyment and it also has a screened in poolhouse and bathrooms.
4 Clay tennis courts, 4 clay bocce courts, exercise room, clubhouse with WIFI ,library and golf practice area.

Naples Zoo is only 12 miles from you and Everglade Wondergarden has plentyoflocal wild life to see up close.....gators, corcs, panthers, bobcats, snakes, otters...etc. (only 10 minutes away. Coconut Point shops are only 7 miles North, Miramar Outlet Shops only 15 minutes away. Downtown Naples is a must see with all of it'sfine dining and shops. You can also stop in at the Naples Pier to view the entire coastland.
The Naples Dog Track is only about 6 miles from the condo.
