Lovely owner rented Sea Colony townhouse renting for hundreds less than renting through an agency.  Sea Colony is rated as one of the top tennis resorts in the country with 34 indoor and outdoor courts.  This townhome has three large bedrooms (2 with queens and the other with 2 twins).  There is also a loft /sitting area upstairs.  All bedrooms and the living room have new flat sceeen TVs.  The home is fully furnished including a gas fireplace, three season sunroom and wireless internet.  Linens can be rented or you can bring your own.

We are in a great location right next to the largest pool on the west side (Sea Colony has 10 pools and 6 Kiddie pools) and steps away from the Freeman Fitness Center which features a 25 meter indoor lap pool, weights, conditioning machines and a gym for basketball volleyball etc.  The private  Sea Colony beach can be reached by walking (.7 mile) biking or taking the Sea Colony tram.  There is a $35 per guest (over 4) fee which permits the use of trams parking, pools etc. 

Sea Colony and the Bethany area offer recreational oppportunities for everone to include: fishing, tennis, kayaking, cycling, golf, shopping, cinemas, restaurants, surfing etc.
