The cottage features all of the comforts of home.  It is bright with an open floor plan, bright with lots of natural sunlight with lots of windows.    The home is well kept, immaculately clean, recently remodeled and decorated.   The kitchen featuers maple cream stained maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances.  Bath is newly remodeled and finished with travertine stone, and vanity with a granite counter.  Modern furnishings throughout the home, including plush leather sofa and recliner.   Each of the two bedrooms have queen size beds and LCD tv's with cable.  there is another semi-private sleeping area with a twin bed.   Living area has 32" LCD TV with Cable, DV Player.  Home has wi-fi.  

Basement is finished with washer and dryer and plenty of room to store bikes, etc.  Outdoor hot/cold shower (not enclosed).   Plenty of deck furniture, including dining table with umrella and lounge chairs.  Top of the line gas grille makes for a lovely evening of dining on the deck.   Relax on the hammock and enjoy the gorgeous bay views.   Fire pit and sitting area off of the deck to relax on those cool summer evenings.
