All of the popular water sports are available including boating, crabing and fishing. Concerts and festivals are scheduled throughout the summer and, of course, a 4th of July fireworks display. New restaurants and shopping center located at the South Gate of Ocean Pines. Whatever your pleasure... tennis, biking, swimming or boating... Ocean Pines has it all. Beach Club - located on the oceanfront at 50th Street in Ocean City provides private parking, swimming pool, changing rooms, cocktail lounge and of course the beach. Ocean Downs Racetrack and Casino is within 5 minutes drive from the property. 20 miles to Assateague Island National Seashore. The bedding in the house is as follows: Queen in the master bedroom, Queen in the second bedroom, Twin bed in the 3rd bedroom, Queen pull out sofa in the loft. House will be fully renovated by June 15th.
