Englewood, Florida is a very quiet community that is great for a relaxing vacation. The Englewood area is home to world class tarpon fishing, many golf courses, state parks and fine restaurants, and of course, world class beaches.

This property is private due to the high fence around it and the bird sanctuary to one side and in front. The street is off the main drag in a nice neighborhood that is very quiet with little traffic.

Enjoy the screened in hot tub and pool under the stars knowing you have a completely private pool area. The Lanai is in the screened enclosure with two tables and chairs for 10 people. It also has a large new grill that cooks with gas, infrared or charcoal, your choice. There are 4 lounging chairs beside the pool for drying off and working on your suntan.

Englewood Beach (5/10 min drive) is one of four beaches associated with this Gulf Coast community (all four are located on Manasota Key, a barrier island that stretches along the coastline of southwest Florida) it is a beautiful beach with lots of parking, seaside restaurants and bars where you can enjoy great food while watching the sun set. There are many more beaches a short drive away including the world renowned Siesta Key, rated # 1 Beach in the USA.

Like golf? This house is within 10/15 minutes of Lemon Bay GC, Oyster Creek GC, Boca Royale, Myakka Pines, Rotonda - Palms and more!

This house has 3 large bedrooms, and a bonus sleeping room with a pull out full size bed. All have high ceilings with ceiling fans including bonus room. Two bedrooms have queen beds, the Master has a king size bed, large TV and DVD player, a huge bathroom with choice of over sized tub or walk in shower. Also a walk in closet that is almost bedroom size. Master area is separate from the guest wing to afford additional privacy with its own entry to the lanai/pool. The home also features a nice size living room with a large TV and DVD player, breakfast nook, a formal dining room, a large well stocked kitchen with all appliances and a walk in pantry. It also has a full laundry room with new iron and ironing board.
