The master bathroom comes equipped with large jetted tub, walk-in shower and double vanities. The second bedroom has 2 twins with a private bath and the third bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would ever need to prepare a fabulous meal. The dining area seats 8 at the table as well as seating for 4 more at the breakfast bar. The spacious living area has 2 queen sized sofa sleepers with plenty of seating for the entire family. From the fourth floor gulf front balcony get a birds eye view of our famous Blue Mountain sunsets.

If you have never experienced Blue Mountain Beach it is located between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach it is the highest point on the Gulf of Mexico in the United States.

Old Indian legend has it that Blue Mountain Beach got its name from the blue haze you would see at dawn on the massive sand dunes. The blankets of the blue wildflowers called lupine caused the haze, which to the Indians looked like blue mountains against the emerald green water.

Blue Mountain Beach has remained a virtually unspoiled area on 30-A until this day. There is mysteriously beautiful Draper Lake, an expansive nautural dune lake with no public access to it. Then there are Alligator Lake and Big Red Fish Lakes, two of our smaller dune lakes in the area. You can see lily pads and marsh amongst the windswept oak and pine trees, but probably no alligators or big red fish as the names imply.

Blue Mountain Beach is also the home of a bicycle shop and 30-A's only health food store and cafe. There are just a few other commercial businesses in this area and the visitors to the Blue Mountain area prefer it that way.
