Located along scenic highway 30a on the Seacrest Beach on of the coastal communities of the Beaches of South Walton. Enjoy the serenity of Miss Margaritaville only 75 yards to the beach access from your door. Your family will enjoy the quiet beaches at Seacrest, plenty of sand space! Our 4 bedroom Beach house sleeps 10 people with extra sleeping for 2 in the second den area. This amazing home has a fully fenced back yard with large private pool. The pool deck has plenty of lounge seating as well as outdoor dining furnishings, outdoor shower and grill area.

The Main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. The downstairs apartment has one bedroom, poolside den area as well as a full kitchen.

The apartment: 1 queen bedroom, a den area with a queen sofa sleeper and full kitchen.

Main House: The first floor is your main living area with very well equipped full kitchen, dining table and bar that seat 11 people. Your living area has Sofa, love seat and two chairs with flat screen HDTV and Blu-ray player. This floor also has a king bedroom with flat screen TV as well as a full bathroom.

Second floor has your master with a king and kids bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks and shared bathroom. Miss Maragaritaville is a perfect destination for a family gathering, multi family vacations or a girl’s getaway! Decks and porches are plentiful with beautiful gulf views.
