It includes an inviting, heated, in-ground swimming pool. Spacious screened in porch and grilling area.

As you enter, you will be delighted with the beautiful decor and attention to detail. The first floor layout has living, dining, and kitchen areas along with a master suite (king bed) and bunkroom (two twin beds plus daybed) for kids each with a full bath. The living area has two sets of French doors that lead to a spacious screened porch. The second floor offers another master suite (king bed) and an additional bedroom (two queen beds) each with separate full baths. "No Shoes Required" comfortably sleeps up to 13 people.

The beach is a short walk across the street. This incredibly private neighborhood has its own deeded beach access. Enjoy a bike ride to nearby Aly's beach, Seacrest Beach and famous Rosemary Beach. Come enjoy this beautiful home and all of its surroundings. Spend a week in luxury!
