ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
SECURITY DEPOSIT

US$100.00 per stay refundable unless there are damages to the property.
If you stay for less than seven nights there is a cleaning  charge of $70.

No Smoking or Pets allowed in house. Smoking areas outside.
