This property has a great ocean view and is located in South Laguna
Beach. THE LOCATION IS GREAT.
It is away from the craziness of down town and have a lot more
mellow feel to it; quiet and private. It is walking distance from
two of the best beaches the Table Rock, and Thousand Steps.
Close by shopping centers(supermarkets) like the Albertsons, Save-on
and walking distance to great restaurants like the Tiamo, Thai by the
sea, Cayote Grill, etc. You could also go down town and check out other
great restaurants, ice cream parlors, art galleries, world famous
art festivals, museums, etc.,etc. It is in a quiet area yet
conveniently located with an easy 5 walk to the beach.
This property has been newly renovated and comes complete with a
kitchen You will love all of the little details. Comes with a good
dvd collection of movies and a playstation with games. 42" Plasma
with cable and internet access. It is a nicely furnished home with
an asian influence.
The main bedroom area has a queen size bed. There are additional
trundle/daybeds which can act as a sofa during the day and 2 single
beds at night (or pushed together to be a queen sized bed). Trundle
beds feature regular mattresses versus a sofa sleeper combination
which uses a very thin mattress and is less comfortable for
sleeping.
Entertain yourselves and friends on the large beautiful deck out
back. There are dining tables both inside and outside and a barbeque.
Or if you prefer to dine out, you can walk to any one of the
fabulous dining establishments that are within a few minutes walk.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Property is decorated with upgraded linens and Queen Size
bed. Cable 42" plasma TV, Playstation\DVD,Microwave,a cute little
kitchen with a gas oven. Linens and bath towels provided, Cookware
and utensils provided, Gas BBQ, Master suite, Ocean view,
Bathtub\shower in bathroom. Wireless Internet service provided at no
charge.

You can enjoy numerous art galleres, walk to several beautiful
beaches, great restaurants of all flavors to taste and enjoy, surf,

Three night stay minimum. Must check out by 11:30 am
$100 refundable cleaning deposit.
$750 deposit for any stays; weekly or less stays
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit upon arrival becomes your
security deposit to be returned at checkout upon return
of property to like condition at check in. Bill for your stay has to
be paid in full before checking in.
If you would like the fridge be stacked send a list of things you
require and will have them ready upon arrival and add what their
cost to your bill.

availabilities or call\e-mail. Check in is at 2:00 PM and check out
is 11:30 AM, early checkins and late checkouts are available per
request. No refunds/credits will be given for abbreviated/modified
occupancy schedules once your stay is approved as that time is no
longer available to rent based upon the occupancy commitment. Thank
