A cozy family area with full sized sofa sleeper and love seat, large flat screen TV, Blu-ray and an IPod dock. Head upstairs to the sleeping areas, the master suite has a king bed, private bath and newly installed flat screen with built in DVD player. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, it too has a new flat screen television with built in DVD player. Both bedrooms have access to a large balcony overlooking the pool area.To make sure you get the full 30a experience this home has thoughtfully provided two complimentary bicycles.
