Looking for a great value ? This 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental is located on the gulf side of the street, only steps away to the gorgeous white sand beach (about 100 feet). Take a refreshing dip in the gulf front swimming pool or wind down reading a book in the cabana. Fire up the BBQ grill for that fresh catch or burgers and enjoy the picnic area. Come home to a large, open master suite with king size bed and fully equipped kitchen. You won't miss a game with cable TV and stay connected via internet during your stay on the beach. Beach chairs and all linens and towels are provided (no beach towels), A washer and dryer is located inside the unit for your convenience. *This vacation rental is pet friendly (up to 2 pets totaling up to 50 pounds are permitted - a photo of the pet and a $100 additional refundable pet deposit required).

The condo is located on the gulf side of the street, on the second floor. There is an elevator. Visit the bird sanctuary, right next door. Go to Johns Pass to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions; it is only 5 minutes south. Go 15 minutes north to visit Clearwater Beach for award winning beaches, amazing restaurants, nightlife, our local star “Winter” from “Winter’s Tale” at the Clearwater Aquarium, and the Pier 60 nightly sunset celebration is only 10 minutes north. St Pete/Clearwater airport is 20 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island is only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all only 90 minutes away. The Clearwater beach area is a wonderful place to spend the winter, visit spring training, get away for spring break, wedding retreat, your honeymoon or a much needed summer vacation.
