Island Sands is within comfortable walking distance of many great restaurants, a great local coffee & donut shop, grocery stores, pharmacy (CVS), tourist shops. Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint and scenic town that enjoys uncrowded beaches and a quiet family atmosphere. You can enjoy swimming in the ocean with dolphins and "beach-walking" and "shelling" with Pelicans and Herons. The Sun Coast Trolley stops in front of the building and can escort you North to activity-filled days in Clearwater Beach and South to Treasure Island, St. John's Pass and St. Pete Beach. Boaters can enjoy sailing from the Intercostal Waterway located across the street from the condo. Baseball fans can enjoy all the Spring Training camps and pre-season games! Amusement park fans will love the short trip to Busch Gardens in Tampa or Disneyland/Epcot/Universal/Magic Kingdom in Orlando.
