Vacation Rental Description

Reminiscent of a southern Mediterranean village, Las Gaviotas is a  
pristine, picturesque, and secure oceanfront development nestled  
along the breathtaking Baja coast. White plaster homes with  
brilliant colored tile and red clay roofs are strategically terraced  
along cobblestone streets directly overlooking the ocean. The scenic  
views, private accommodations, and serene environment provide  
tranquil respite from the cumulative stressors in our hectic daily  
lifestyles. Ultimately, it is a haven of rest and relaxation as well  
as fun in the sun for all ages just 25 miles south of the border,  
six miles south of Rosarito Beach, three miles south of Fox Studios,  
and one mile north of Puerto Nuevo, the famous lobster fishing  
village. 
 
Imagine lying in a king-size bed next to a cozy fireplace where you  
can see and hear the ocean. Our home on top of the sea provides  
exquisite views of sunsets and full moons from multiple vantage  
points including the spacious living room, dining room, kitchen,  
guest bedroom, and master suite. 
The six bedrooms provide ample room for up to up to 13 people.   
The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs.  The  
bed lay out for rooms upstairs include a king size bed in the Master  
Bedroom, another king size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen size  
bed in the third bedroom.  Downstairs, one room has a queen bed, one  
room has a twin bed and bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a  
twin on top. The last room has a twin bed and a queen bed.   
The house is ideal for elderly or handicapped with easy access to  
the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen.  
 
The beach, pool, jacuzzi, tennis, and volleyball courts are just a  
few yards from our door. Explore the tidal pools, lie on the sand  
beach, relax at the pool, fish from the jetty, or hit the surf with  
your friends. Due to the mild climate, the possibilities for  
relaxation and enjoyment are endless all year round.

Vacation Rental Rates

November - February except Holidays, Mid week rentals start at $195  
a night. $325 a night for weekends.  2 night minimum on weekends.  
Weekly rental rate is $1895. 
 
March - May and September - October: Mid week rentals start at $250  
a night.  $350 a night for weekends.  2 night minimum on weekend  
rentals.  Weekly rental rate is $2295.   
 
Memorial Day - Labor Day and Holidays, $395 a night, 3 night minimum  
on weekends and Holidays. Weekly rental rate is $2295. 
 
There is a $60 maid cleaning fee collected for each stay.  3   
night minimums can be relaxed 3 weeks prior to first rental date.
