This awesome, newly and professionally decorated 3 bedroom townhouse comfortably sleeps 8 people (sofa sleeper in the living room). It features a Master King Bedroom with a large luxury private bathroom and a private covered balcony overlooking the fairway. You will also enjoy the new 32" flat panel TV or pop in a movie and get comfortable in this king sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds. The two guest bedrooms share the 2nd bathroom. All 3 bedrooms include new flat panel TVs and ceiling fans and both the King Master and the twin bedroom feature DVD players for your entertainment and comfort.

You will really enjoy the comfortable living area - complete with a new flat panel 32" TV with a DVD player, and a new comfortable sofa. To further add to the convenience a half bath is also located on the first floor as well as a garage.

This beautiful townhome includes a fully equipped kitchen with upscale cabinetry, granite counter tops, a dining area that will seat 6 and a gorgeous view of the golf course.
