Beautiful five bedroom, four bathroom home in beautiful Bella Vida Resort, Kissimmee with private South facing pool and game room. Only minutes to Disney World, Orlando!

Professionally decorated with special care to be child-friendly, this home is perfect for families, groups of golfers or friends, relocated executives, business travelers, or even extended family reunions. You will love the sun-filled screened lanai with your own private pool and spa!

On the first level, the first bedroom is a furnished Master suite with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom and flat panel TV. You will also enjoy convenient access to the covered lanai and pool. The second bedroom is also found on the first floor with a double sized bed, flat panel TV and shared bath. The large, eat-in fully stocked kitchen has is center to the downstairs living area where the cook can be involved in all of the family conversations taking place in the living room or dining area. You will find comfortable seating and a desk in the living room and a dining area that comfortably seats 8. There is also a 50" flat panel TV, DVD player and Free WiFi in the living room. Walk past these great amenities and open the door to the covered lanai and pool with jacuzzi. You will love the quietness of the area.

Upstairs you will find another Master suite with a king-sized bed and private bathroom as well as a flat panel TV. There are two additional bedrooms themed bedrooms with twin beds (Surfer Safari and Little Princess). Both rooms have flat panel TVs.

You can also get away to read a book or have a conversation in the upstairs hall with two chairs, lamp and small table. We provide WiFI high-speed Internet access and free local phone calls!

For those traveling with young children, this is the place for you! We can provide a Pack-N-Play playpen, and highchair for a nominal fee.

You will love enjoying a leisurely breakfast while the kids splash happily in the pool (Optional $25/night pool heating fee in Winter months). The new game room will keep the kids (and adults) busy with a pool table, foosball game, darts and a table and chairs to watch all of the action. Imagine coming home after a fun-filled day at Disney, tucking the kids into bed in their own rooms, and enjoying a late dinner or relaxing in the hot tub.

Many restaurants and shops are very close to this home. Groceries and Wal-mart is within minutes from the front door.

Bella Vida is a beautiful Mediterranean style, gated resort. It is filled with family fun, including a huge pool (not heated in Winter) hot tub (which is heated in the Winter) fitness center, kid's playground, game room tennis and volleyball courts and a club house with large wall mounted flat panel TV.
