This house includes everything you will need for a comfortable home away from home, linens, dishes  
and cooking utensils, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Satellite TV, 32" TV, DVD Player, Microwave, linens,  
towels.

Great fishing and boating abound and you can snorkle at the Holmes Beach just minutes away.  
 
The Gated community have great walking path and is beautifully manicured.  Also there is a local  
pool that is 2 minute walk outside of the Villa and it has a great jacuzzi that will ease the  
muscles. 
 
It also has a main tennis court and also a main pool, pictures enclosed. 
 
It is very safe as only residents enter this beautifully gated community.

world renowned for their soft, floury, sandy white beaches, & spectacular sunsets Fantastic fishing,  
boating & recreational opportunities abound! Crescent Beach also has excellent snorkeling at the  
Point of Rocks and Turtle Beach is known for beachcombing shells. All beaches are just minutes away.  
A Golfer's Paradise with over 50 great courses to choose from with many offering reciprocity between  
May & October. Nearby downtown Sarasota offers many cultural activities from theater to dance (Van  
Wezel & Asolo Performing Arts Centers) to many parks & amusements (Marie Selby Botanical Gardens,

Vacation Rental Rates

The rental rate of $1800 is from June to November (off season) and the rental rate of $2500 is from  
December to May (on season). The minimum lease term is 2 weeks for the off season months only and  
the mimimum stay is 2 months for the on season. There is a $500 security deposit and also a $60 for  
cleaning of the condo.
