This luxury three bedroom, three bath non-smoking townhome sleeps up to 8 guests. The Master Bedroom boasts a King Bed with high Vaulted ceilings, a Master bath and a spectacular view from the private covered balcony of the causeway and one of two marinas. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and bath and it too has its own private covered balcony with a view of the bay. The third bedroom also has a queen bed located on the first floor and has a partial view of the bay and it has a shared bath right next to it. Each bedroom has its own flat panel cable TV! There is a futon sofa sleeper in the living room that will sleep up to an additional 2 people. There is a fully equipped, open kitchen with granite counter tops with 4 bar stools and a great view of the water. The kitchen opens into the dining area with a table that seats 6. This area leads out to one of 4 covered balconies with patio tables and chairs to relax and enjoy the awesome water views. In addition to the dining area this great open space includes the living area with a comfortable sofa and over sized chair where you can relax in front of the big 42" flat panel cable TV with DVD. This town home also offers FREE wireless internet, FREE local phone calls, and a washer dryer and covered car port.
