The home has a golf course view, 3 levels and over 5000 sqft and offers an infinity salt water swimming pool. It is just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and approximately four miles (only ten minutes) from the Disney main gate off Interstate 4.

The Reunion Resort and Club of Orlando is an exclusive five star, gated and guarded community with three private championship signature golf courses by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer, and Jack Nicklaus. There is also a world class tennis facility, horseback riding, a phenomenal multi-million dollar water-park, and a boutique spa.

This home features wireless internet, an air conditioned game room and whole house stereo system as well as an office area on the third floor with an Apple computer. TVs have been installed in all bedrooms and a 60 inch High Definition Sony TV in the living room. Built in stainless steel appliances, rough granite counters and large balconies with beautiful views overlooking the nature preserve and golf course.

This luxurious home has its own private salt water infinity pool with is equipped with pool loungers and outside furniture. There is side access to an outside shower and half bath.

Bedrooms: The first spacious master suite has maple hard wood flooring and is situated on the third level with access to a large balcony overlooking the golf course and nature preserve. It has a king-size bed and seating area along with a a large walk-in closet. The fully tiled bathroom has a garden tub; separate shower enclosure, and twin washbasins. This level also hosts an office work area complete with a computer.

On the second level you will find the second king master suite with private bath and walk in closet. This bedroom also has the spectacular golf course and nature preserve views from the balcony. There are three additional bedrooms also on this level. One queen-size bed with a private bath, one full size bedroom and one with twin full size beds that will sleep 2 each. These bedrooms share a bath. All bedrooms are equipped with their own television. The queen, full and twin rooms also offer Blue Ray DVD players for your enjoyment.

The master bedrooms also have blackout curtains to keep the room dark for peaceful sleeping.

Living Area: This spacious comfortable living area is equipped with a 60 inch HD Sony TV with cable, multi - disc DVD player, surround sound and sliding glass patio doors which lead to the huge pool/patio area that overlooks the golf course. The pool area also has ceiling fans and an outdoor stereo system.

Dining Area: A dining area is conveniently located close to the kitchen and provides seating for six. There is additional seating on adjustable bar stools at the kitchen bar.

Kitchen: Fully fitted modern, hi tech and luxury kitchen with a breakfast bar, lots of cupboard space and counter work surfaces, complete with built in stainless steel fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and cooking range. Other unique equipment includes a built in coffee/espresso machine and separate ice maker. There are ample cooking pans and utensils and glassware.

Other Facilities: Laundry with large capacity automatic washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. You will also enjoy the game room that is air conditioned and boasts a pool table, foos ball table, air hockey and darts. Additionally, this game room has a Star Wars XBox gaming system and a 50 inch wall mounted TV with theater seating.

Safety and Security: Reunion Resort is a gated community with 24 hour security. This home may include access to the resort amenities such as the water park and golfing depending on the length of your rental.

Unhappy Renter

My family and I recently stayed at this house over Memorial Day Weekend. Let me provide the good first.
1 - The house is very nice and the pool was even better then the picture.
2 - Great Location.
3 - The Water park was great for the family
4 - Matt from iTrips was very responsive with some of our issues

Bad:
1 -When we checked into the house there were dead bugs all over the house. I called the rental company and they said someone would be right over and they did not make it too the house to late the next day. My wife spend over an hour cleaning the house. We were told it was because nobody has been in the house for a few weeks.

2 - The Ice Machine in the house did not work and it was full of water and reeked of Mold. Again, my wife and I had to clean that out. We were told it would be fixed, when we left, it still did not work.

3 - None of the TV's in the living room or play room worked. Someone came by the house to fix them but, couldn't and it wasn't until 5 days later that the TV's worked.

4 - All of the trash cans outside were full when we arrived at the house. When we put them out on the street, only one of the 4 that were full was emptied. Not sure why.

5 - The person working for the management company was very unprofessional when she actually showed up after 3 or 4 emails of me complaining.

6 - I understand it is a big house, and with the AC restrictions, it was hot every night. I actually went and bought a box fan at the store.

7 - I was told that we would be refunded for all of the challenges and it has been 2 weeks and I cannot get anyone from the rental company to respond, except Matt, who does not have the authority to approve a refund.

8 – I was finally told on 6/10/13 that the rental company would refund me $100.00. Really! $100.00! What a shame, I will never use this rental company or recommend this house to anyone.

End of the day, when drop the kind of money that I dropped on this house, I didn't expect all the issues or that my wife would be spending time cleaning the house on her vacation. If you take away the issues that we experienced, and the rental company, it is a great house.

Recommended for: families with teenagers

Orlando House Review January 19, 2013


A major disappointment full of problems in the 7 days we were there. Only good points were that location was accurately described in ad and the interior had a "modern" look with relatively unused furniture.
Numerous problems made time spent in house difficult. Everything was very dirty upon our arrival. We called for help and a worker came to clean somewhat. 3rd floor master bedroom shower leaked water to lower floors, including through 2nd floor ceiling light fixtures onto the carpet. Water pooled on floor of 1st story in family room. Had to make sure small children didn't step on it. Stairway had water stains on floor & wall. We stopped using master bathroom shower since water leaked to both floors below the master. Light over the only tub in the house & the ceiling light in the game room never worked. Fixtures defective. 3rd floor toilet never worked properly and self flushed loudly in middle of night. Some days it wouldn't flush at all. Plummer couldn't locate needed parts while we were there.
TV in family room rarely worked properly. Got only about 6 channels much of the time. Internet worked about 70% of time for laptops and 30% for iPads. After checking in we learned that lightning had struck house. Computer that they said would be there was not there during our stay. Master bedroom had no door at all & its closet was in hallway outside the bedroom at the top of the stairway. Tiny spotlights in bathrooms made it difficult to see to shave. Towel racks in master bathroom were behind tub and well over 6 feet high making it very difficult or impossible for us to reach them. Dishwasher sometimes took at least 4 hours to run. A 2nd floor bathroom window wouldn't open at all.

Owners response: We appreciate all feedback, both positive and constructive. We are quite surprised to read this review regarding our beautiful home. There were a few items they guests reported to us of which we immediately addressed and we take great exception to the comment about the home being "very dirty" upon arrival. We have a professional cleaning service clean the property and sent them to the home immediately when the guest called us about a minor cleaning issue they found. The guest was so happy in fact that they offered $40 tip to the cleaning crew, hardly something someone would do if they were not satisfied. The leak that was reported was due to the guest not using the shower enclosure, causing water to escape from the shower area. The stairs are beautiful maple hardwood and there is one very small discoloration on one stair that the guest noted but was there when the house was purchased. The TV issue was resolved by the service provider as there was an issue with service in the area. We are sorry that the guest has chosen to identify other issues with the design of this modern house but we are very happy that other guests, before and after this guest have enjoyed their stays.
