The rooms are large and open, the ideal floor plan and kitchen area for one or more families and for entertaining. The private pool and spa with covered lanai are waiting for everyone to come outside and enjoy the great Orlando weather. This awesome house also has a convenient private half bath just off the patio.

The main floor has a fully stocked huge granite and stainless steel kitchen with a bar area and pantry. There are two dining areas just off either side of the kitchen, both table seat 6 and a breakfast bar for the kids that seat two. The first floor family room is open to the kitchen and dining areas and has a 50 inch TV and DVD so relax on the huge sofa sectional and watch a great movie.

The main floor also hosts one of two master king bedrooms with walk in closet, garden tub and shower, flat panel TV and DVD player. The second king master upstairs with flat panel TV and DVD player. Additionally, there are 2 twin beds in another bedroom with a flat panel TV and DVD, the king and twin rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is yet another bedroom with two double beds that can sleep up to 4 people, also with a flat panel TV and DVD player and a shared bath. This great home also has a large second family room/den on the second floor that is a great get away to watch a movie, play a game on the Nintendo Wii or just relax.
