Vacation Rental Description

Private home in quiet area. The cottage is located between Augusta 
and the coast on Long Pond in the town of Somerville.  Setting is on 
a peninsula. The cottage is on the water with it's own beachfront and 
has a separate private sitting area with dock.  Cottage will sleep 
four.  Has a king size bed in master bedroom and a double bed in the 
guest room.  Sheets, blankets and towels are provided. You can drive 
to all the state parks and coastal attractions from Portland to 
Belfast in one hour or less.  Shopping centers, hospital, and 
restaurants are about a 20 minute drive.  Phone available for collect 
or credit card calls, cell phones will usually work from this 
location.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

The cottage is equipped with dishes, cookware, electric stove, 
refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, DSS Satellite 
system, full bath.  Has a deck on two sides with an electric grill 
and a nice hatteras hammock. Cottage rental includes a canoe and 2 
Kayaks.

Activities and Attractions

Hiking, biking, golf, fitness centers, fishing, wildlife viewing, 
shopping, restaurants, live theater, cinemas, museums, sightseeing, 
swimming, boating, sailing and rafting.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer rate $995 week Tax Incl.
Off season $695 week. 
Weekends $295 to $395.
Rates based on 2 people.  Add $100 for 4 people.
