Located in the heart of Park City’s historic Main Street, this condo is housed in the beautiful Town Lift Condominium building and can be accessed from Main Street or from the heated, underground parking garage.

Located on the second story, and accessed by elevator, this property offers stunning mountain views on every side as well as walking access to the boutique shops, gourmet restaurants, art galleries and clubs of historic Main Street. During the winter, guests will be in the heart of the Sundance Film Festival and during the summer, the Park City Arts Festival. And, the Town Lift, located less than one block away, provides easy access to the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort.

This gorgeous condo offers an enormous living area with numerous floor-to-ceiling windows from which guests can take in all the action on Main Street or view the spectacular mountain scenery, a large-screen TV and comfortable furnishings including a sofa sleeper.

The dining area, located between the living area and kitchen, seats up to six, with additional seating for three at the nearby kitchen island. The kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, is complete with refrigerator, oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances and all the cookware and dining ware needed to prepare and enjoy family dinners or entertain guests.

The spacious, light-filled master bedroom offers beautiful views, a king-sized bed, a separate seating area with loveseat, fireplace, TV, and a private master bathroom with granite-topped vanity, separate from the tub/shower and toilet. The guest bedroom contains two comfortable, full-sized beds, plenty of closet space and private, full bathroom with the vanity located outside the tub/shower and toilet area.
