Located on the main floor is the large, light -filled living area, complete with Native American-inspired rugs, leather sofas, natural stone gas fireplace, large-screen TV. From the living area, step onto the wooden deck and watch the snowflakes fall through the trees as you enjoy a relaxing hot tub under the stars.

After a long day of skiing, the fully-appointed kitchen will make preparing meals easy with granite counter tops, full-size refrigerator, oven and stove, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with dining and cookware, but the multitude of gourmet restaurants located in Deer Valley and nearby downtown Park City, may persuade you to give up cooking entirely. Across from the kitchen is a dining area which seats up to eight and next to the kitchen, a three-quarter bathroom.

The spacious master bedroom, located on the second level, includes a king-sized bed, large-screen TV, sitting area, large windows for natural light and a master bath with stone shower, double vanity and jetted tub.

Two additional guest rooms, located on the third floor, offer comfort and privacy. The first guest room includes a comfortable queen-sized bed, seating area, TV and large windows to let in natural light. The second guest room contains two twin beds and TV. A three-quarter guest bathroom is also located on this floor for guests’ convenience.
