Vacation Rental Description
The Bay Getaway is the guest quarters for a private residence in
the upscale, Crown Point neighborhood of Pacific Beach. A spacious
Studio (665 sq.ft. plus the patio.), Non-Smoking, light and airy,
with designer touches. We offer a Full Kitchen, and Full Bath with a
Washer & Dryer.
The Bay Getaway sleeps up to four with a very comfortable,
luxury, King size bed, and a convertible Futon sofa. Perfect for a
Couple, or a small family.
A futon sofa converts to a Dbl. sleeper with “memory
foam” bedding.
The Studio opens to a Private patio furnished for dining with a
gas barbeque. We also provide Bicycles, Beach chairs, Umbrella,
Cooler, & Boogie boards.
* Five minutes to SEA WORLD, and only a short walk to beautiful
Mission Bay Park, with safe, sandy beaches, lifeguard supervision,
and surrounded by grassy parks with miles of walking, skating and
bike paths; even a children's playground. Close to the Ocean, 15
minutes to S.D.Zoo, Downtown, and all San Diego attractions... yet
just quietly removed from the the hubs of activity for a good nights
sleep.

ask a $10/nt pet fee. * please ask for our Pet Policy.
* Off Street Parking is provided for two vehicles or an RV.

We provide Bicycles, Beach chairs, Umbrella, Cooler, & Boogie
boards, so that you can enjoy the neighborhood the way we do.
We provide a full size Washer & Dryer for your convenience.
The Bay Getaway has a newly remodeled full kitchen with all the
amenities, including microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a
dishwasher.
A Full Bath, with all Towels and linens provided.
* We offer cable TV, DVD, CD Stereo, Phone with free local
calling, and wireless DSL internet connection.
* Off Street Parking is provided for two vehicles or an RV.
Activities and Attractions
* Five minutes to SEA WORLD, and only a short walk to beautiful

* Rates are based on Double Occupancy. $10/nt/each additional
person to maximum of 4 people.
* All rates are subject to the San Diego 10 1/2% hotel room tax.
* $50.00 cleaning fee for stays up to one week.
* We are " Pet Friendly " and ask a $10/nt Pet Fee for your pup.
* A Reservation Deposit of your 1st nights stay is required on
Mastercard or Visa for booking.
* Balance Due by personal check 30 days prior to arrival.
* We require a 30 days notice for all cancellations.
* Check out time is 10:00am. Check in time is 3:00pm.
