Old Town Powder Pointe in Park City

Perfect location at Powder Pointe Condominiums, directly across the
street from the Park City Mountain Resort. This condo has just been
updated with granite counters in the kitchen area. This is the largest
unit available in Powder Pointe.

The condominium is located on the third floor (top floor) of the
building. There is no elevator. There is a storage closet located on the
bottom floor for skis, etc. The free Park City Bus is a one-minute walk
that takes you to Main Street, Canyons and Deer Valley. There is a 7-11
convenience store located on Park Avenue about a two-minute walk.
Albertson's and Rite Aid are only about a five minute walk, as well as
the movie theatres. So, there really is no need for a car. However free
parking is available on the lot

The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. The large upstairs loft
bedroom has two twin beds and it's own bathroom. It also has an extra
roll-away bed if needed.  There is also a queen sofa bed in the living
room and a 42" HDTV. Cable and WiFi are free.

The hot tub is located adjacent to the ground floor and the laundry room is also located on the ground floor of the facility.
