This is a first floor condo(no steps)  There is a laundry room with  
full size washer and dryer. There is an attached garage with  
automatic opener. Electric, gas, water, cable TV, garbage pick-up,  
are included in rent. Ceiling fans and central air conditioning.  
The Waterlefe clubhouse offers fine dining, an extensive excercise  
facility, olympic-size pool and tiki bar - all overlooking the  
Manatee River.The Gulf beaches of Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island  
are just 14 miles west. We are 50 minutes south of the Tampa airport  
and 20 minutes from the Sarasota airport.

the marina. 20 minutes from Outlet Mall, Aquarium, Ringling Museum,
