You'll feel like you're in your own ultra-chic yet cozy, completely remodeled private cottage in the 'cross-hairs' of the center of Breck - Ski Hill Road and Park Ave. Sure, you can be next to ski lift - but then walks to town become a little tougher - especially since home is usually uphill! From this great condo the high speed gondola and restaurants & shops on Main St. are equally close – just about a block! The grocery store is also walking distance, so this is a great condo for those taking the shuttles from Denver and those who aren’t comfortable driving in snowy conditions! The Summit Stage’s Breckenridge Transfer Center can take the hassle out of skiing Copper Mountain and Keystone, in addition to the Breckenridge peaks right outside your door.

The great proportions start in the entry - it is perfectly situated for equipment storage and utmost convenience! The stereo system with MP3 input will provide the sound track while you sit down in front of your fireplace and look out your corner window through the trees toward the Gondola.

The kitchen is a generous size, with pristine new appliances, granite, cabinets, you name it! What a joy to cook in this kitchen - (to stock your pantry and fridge, or cook you pre-prepared meals for you. Her personal chef services are best for parties of 5 or more, but if you want memorable, that is a great start! We believe dining is an integral part of the vacation rental experience, so you won't find inhospitable bare cupboards here. We have basic condiments, spices, flour and sugar) and COFFEE.
