Ski all day from the Peak 9 ski lifts just across the street, then relax with ski run views from your hot tub at the end of the day. You are right at 420 S. Main Street - steps away from hundreds of shops, restaurants, galleries, nightlife, and more.

No pets, no smoking please. Only one parking pass during the ski season for each condo, and they have to tow since the location is so great.

PERFECT LOCATION!

We stayed here for an extended ski weekend and had a fantastic time. We were able to walk to the Peak 9 ski lift with as little trouble as our ski boots would allow. There was a Starbucks down the street, as well as many shops, restaurants, and bars. My one complaint is that the appliances are a little dated...but that would not be enough to deter us from staying here again!

Location isn't everything

This property was a great location, however the upkeep and housekeeping was not worth the price. The scuffs and kickeed baseboards were a big turn off. My claim to fame is not house cleaning, however before inviting friends over I would make sure to 409 the switch plates and backsplashes about the kitchen, and most likely the bathroom baseboards especially behind the door, along with any other drippy looking areas on the wall. If paying customers were arriving I would have pillow cases on the flat spare pillows, make sure the toilet flushes properly (had to keep the tank cover off and mess with float)and repair the leaky roof in the bunk bed room. (must have leaked before because wall had splash marks)By the way, the rails supporting the top bunk could be felt through the thin mattress.Also it would be wise to splurge on a new shower curtain liner since this one is iron stained on the bottom 6 inches giving a sense of uncleanliness. The place had the feel of a college apartment.

Owners response: We sincerely apologize for your experience of this property - as the new manager, I did all I could right before the season started, and it was clearly insufficient. All the items mentioned have been fully addressed and not only is this unit polished and ready for action, it will be undergoing a remodel in the fall! Although we appreciate an opportunity to address these items prior to a negative review being posted, we certainly appreciate your taking time to review the property!
