This non-so-rustic cabin has fishing rights, a private hot tub on a large, wraparound deck, and is only 3 miles from Breck! It's huge master and balcony has a rod iron king size bed, seating area, desk, walk in closet & bath. Nestled in the Blue River area with other custom homes on large lots, enjoy the alpine environment and wake up to the smell of fresh pine!

The gourmet kitchen opens to the dining & living area so the home is very social and excellent for entertaining & being together with your friends & family. The dining room has a fun custom candlelight fixture of rod iron and glass votives attached to the ceiling by a hook & pulley system, very unusual! The hot tub is accessible via French doors off the front of the house right outside the living room. The furnishings are rod iron, Southwestern, Oak/Pine with fluffy white comforters.

Take a hike up the local trailhead above the home, walk down to the Blue River for a little private fishing or sit back & relax in the vaulted ceiling living room/dining room with Comcast digital music or a movie with the wood fireplace roaring...All counter & floor finishes are granite and tile, upgrades galore!

Free parking during the day allows you to take the free shuttle from the Ice Rink (at the first light back into Breck from your cabin) and be at Peak 9 base area lickety split! Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, and Vail are 30-60 minutes away, depending on road conditions. Cross-country skiing and ice skating (indoor rink!) are two other popular winter sports available nearby.

Located just 3.2 miles South of Breckenridge and next to the Blue River, guests can enjoy mountain views from the front deck, private fishing rights in the Blue River, movies on HBO or DVD's, digital music, biking or walking in the numerous bike paths throughout Summit County along mountain streams, and some of the world's best skiing at Breckenridge, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Vail Ski Resorts.

Sleeping Arrangements: Master: King size bed with sofa sleeper, 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, 3rd bedroom with queen & bunk, full under single. Living room has a sleeper sofa as well. One and 3/4 baths with washer and dryer, large kitchen with granite countertops, opens up into the dining and living areas, living room with wood stove, large deck, third level master, and balcony. Sleeps eight max, nine if small children.

The unit comes with cable TV, HBO, DVD player, stereo, microwave, washer and dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, ceiling fan, woodstove, bath, bed & table linens, alarm-clock, games, cards, books, wireless internet (or bring an ethernet cord & plug in), porch/deck, and a really cozy feeling. The HOT TUB is on the front deck. All countertops are granite and the flooring and bathrooms are tiled. Lovely finishes!

Summer opens the door to endless recreational possibilities in the area. Golfing, hiking, biking, boating, fishing, rafting, horseback riding, and tennis are among the many activities available within a few miles of Breckenridge Mountain Home.
