oceanfront Casa BellaVista overlooks Banderas Bay & has it all -  
location, privacy, and spectacular views!!  
  
Located on the top floor of a private 25-unit beachfront condominium  
complex, Casa BellaVista boasts three terraces for front row sunsets  
and gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean, mountains and town.  
Catch a glimpse of whales or dolphins as you breakfast on the  
patio, take in afternoon beach action or enjoy breathtaking sunsets  
over the bay. Whatever your preference, you will delight in the  
beautiful views from the penthouse's many terraces, including Casa  
BellaVista's private rooftop and pool. 
 
Ocean, condominium pool, restaurants, clubs, convenience stores and  
taxis are as close as an elevator ride downstairs. Private palapas,  
parasailing, jet skis & boat rentals, and many adventures await you  
on our beach. Casa BellaVista is a block & a half south of Los  
Muertos pier & a very short walk from downtown Puerto Vallarta’s  
Malecon, restaurants, nightclubs, shopping and businesses. Taxis  
easily access golf courses and other area activities. 
 
Beautifully decorated and completely furnished, this exclusive and  
spacious 7th floor, tri-level oceanfront penthouse effortlessly  
accommodates three couples or two families. There are three  
bedrooms, each with its own full bath, air conditioning and ceiling fan. 
Two of the bedrooms are oceanfront with king-sized beds;  
the third bedroom has a set of twin beds, which can be put together  
for a king, if desired. 
 
In addition to deluxe sleeping accommodations, Casa BellaVista’s  
spacious floor plan offers comfort, privacy, and “alone time” for  
individual members of large groups. Long hallways buffer its three  
bedrooms from the main living areas. The condo’s spaciousness is  
enhanced by cathedral ceilings and open floor plan. 
 
A fully equipped kitchen and roomy living and dining areas are open  
to each other, and to an ocean terrace with magnificent views of  
Banderas Bay. The dining room table will seat up to six people, with  
kitchen snack bar conveniently nearby for extra seating. Off of the  
kitchen, you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer. 
   
A second floor loft provides private space for reading, doing  
paperwork (should you be unfortunate enough to bring it to PV), or  
additional sleeping accommodations with a full sized bed. 
 
The top level of Casa BellaVista features the condo's own private  
plunge pool and rooftop terrace, furnished with patio table and  
chaise lounge chairs. This is an ideal spot to bask in the sunshine  
or take in spectacular 360 degree panoramic views of the ocean,  
mountains and town.
