Location: Top of the Gulf -- Gulf Lagoon Beach, NW Florida, in the panhandle, within walking distance to restaurants, stores, clubs and entertainment.

Top of the Gulf condominiums are directly on the sugar white sand and the emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo complex offers fun for all ages from the olympic size pool to the kiddie pool.

One window is floor-to-ceiling length providing you with a spectacular view of the beach and pool. The view is captivating whether watching dolphins play in the morning or at sunset. The unit has recently been renovated to provide a tropical, relaxing atmosphere. The TV, DVD and VCR are mounted on the wall and viewable from anywhere in the unit. There is a large walk-in closet with shelving to store your items. A fully-equipped kitchen provides all the items needed to cook meals.

Super Wal-Mart and the Dollar Store are .5 mile away. Pier Park is approximately 10 minutes away.

The complex has two pools, sundecks, grills, shuffleboard, a pool-side snack bar (open most days), laundry facilities and secure parking.

I also own a unit on Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort (less than 2 miles away) and leave pool tags in this unit so you can access Edgewater's extensive amenities outlined below as well.

Pools: Throughout the resort, there are 11 swimming pools, 6 reflecting ponds, 4 whirlpools and a Polynesian-style Lagoon Pool, which offers an open, free-form surface area and elaborate system of waterfalls and islands within the pool itself. The Lagoon Pool is located right off the beach and is enhanced with 45,000 square feet of deck space along with fiber optic lighting.

Golf: Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort has two great golf courses--36 holes surrounded by water and challenging sand traps. Go to the front desk for more information on equipment rentals, lessons and tee times.

Tennis: There are six all-weather plexicushion tennis courts, with lighting for night play. Lessons and tennis activities for children also available. The resort offers complete pro shop facilities and equipment rental for all your tennis needs.

Fitness Club: Fitness classes are held in the beautiful mirrored aerobics studio. Step benches, jump ropes, exercise balance balls, tension cords, mats and hand weights are available. The class schedule varies seasonally and includes aerobics, yoga, pilates, step classes and toning, as well as a water aerobics class taught in the Lagoon Pool. The Fitness Club also offers personal trainers.

Spa: During your stay, relieve your stress with spa services available on the resort. Pick from massage, body wrap, body exfoliation, and foot therapy options. Spa located in The Club.

Resort Activities: Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort offers a fun-filled monthly calendar of activities for guests of all ages (activities vary by month and most take place during the summer). Monthly activities include tie-dying, beach volleyball, poolside bingo, ice cream socials, hula hoop and limbo contests. Monthly calendars can be found at the front desk or in the Pro Shop.

$125 per night

Stays less than four nights subject to additional fees. Special rates available for extended stays.

-Security Deposit: A fully refundable $150 security deposit is due to reserve your dates. Any damage to the unit upon arrival must be reported immediately to the owner to be documented and avoid possible liability. The full $150 will be refunded two weeks after check out, following an inspection.
-Cancellations: If you cancel outside seven days of booked dates, the charge is $50. If you cancel within seven days, the charge is $100.
