As you enter this town home you have a stairwell to your left hand side. The 2nd story of the townhome is the master suite with king bed, master bath and a den with balcony access. The kitchen is directly to your right as you enter the first floor. The kitchen/dining/living is an open concept thanks to recent renovations to the unit. The 1st floor features tile throughout and from the living area you have access to the second bedroom with a queen bed.

The Village at Baytowne Wharf is very close as well as Publix, Silver Sands Outlet Malls, The shops at Grand Boulevard, and a Wal-mart. Restaurants nearby include the on-site Ocean Club, Flemings, Tommy Bahama, Mitchell's Fish Market, Marlin Grill, Acme Oyster Bar, Rum Runners, P.F. Changs, Donut Hole, BBQ, Beef-O-Brady's, Carabba's, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Panera Bread, Five Guys, Buster's, 32 degrees ice cream, and so much more if you venture a little further.

It is a half mile walk through the resort or you can call the tram which will pick you up and carry you from your unit.
