This TROPICAL KEYS HOME has an open floor plan that offers privacy in all rooms.  The master bedroom has a king-size bed, full bath and walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and adjoining full bath.  The home also offers a large glass-enclosed porch area off the living room, which can be used as another bedroom.  The porch has a double fold out bed and a single day bed.  The living room opens into the porch area with beautiful water views. The spacious kitchen has a large dining area, and is equipped with refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cookware and all utensils.
Linens and towels, (no beach towels), central air conditioning and heat, TV/cable, DVD, stereo, clothes washer and dryer, and local telephone are also provided.   AT&T WI-FI/DSL.

Outside are beautiful tropical settings of coconut palms, a private 15 foot wide by 50 foot long concrete boat ramp,(use at your own risk) and a large deck over-looking the water. A stainless steel gas barbecue grill, patio furniture, and chaise lounges for sunbathing.
Two private driveways and carport for house. There is plenty of room
for boat trailers.

Boat Dockage:
Large 50-foot Boat dock has a 20 foot finger pier that is ideal for fishing. There is a stainless steel fish cleaning table, water and  120v electric outlets. On site boat ramp. Located on a clean, deep-water, 200-foot wide canal, with easy, unobstructed (no bridges) Atlantic Ocean access. Aproximately 1.3 miles to open ocean.

This home is within walking distance to Coco Plum Beach.
