The master bedroom has a TV, closet and dresser to provide ample storage space, and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is a second full bath with shower stall. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, a ceramic top stove with oven, microwave, toaster, small appliances, pots and pans. Dishes, glassware and tableware are on hand. Linens are provided, beds will be made, some soap, paper towels and trash bags will be on hand. You will not begin your vacation by making beds or running to the store to get toilet paper!

Royal Garden is a premium condo resort. There are large indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, a lounge, and convenience store, all on the premises. The elevator from the lobby provides excellent handicapped access. When you're ready to feel the soft warm sand between your toes, the wide Garden City beach is right out from the lobby.
