This recently remodeled and spacious 3-level townhouse is located on the west end of Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach just steps from the sand and ocean views

This vacation home features 3 large bedroom suites each with their own modern bathroom and flat screen tvs. The master bedroom has a california king-sized bed and the 2 guest suites come with queen-sized beds. There is wireless internet available throughout this beautiful vacation home for you and your guests to stay connected.

The first floor has a large family room with a regulation size pool table and 60" plasma flat screen tv. The kitchen and main living area are on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances, resurfaced cabinets, and all the cookware / utensils you will need during your vacation. The living room features a gas fireplace, a new leather sofa, and love seat with a pullout bed for two. There is a patio off the main living area with a new gas bbq for some nice outdoor cooking. The third floor features a relaxing loft area with leather couches, pullout sofa and wide-screen tv. There is a door off the loft that will lead you to the rooftop with new patio furniture and panoramic views of Newport Beach, the Pacific Ocean, and Catalina Island.

Best of all, you won’t have any trouble with parking like most people visiting Newport Beach since your vacation home has a large 2 car garage on the first floor with an entrance to the house inside the garage. There is also a ping-pong table in the garage if you want to park your cars along the street and open up the table for some serious ping-pong competition. Both the leather sofa in the downstairs living room and the sofa in the upstairs loft have a pullout double sized bed giving you a total of 5 beds that sleeps up to 10 people.

All towels and linens are provided during your stay and this home is equipped with a washer and dryer.

There's no need to wander too far from home for entertainment, shops, restaurants and beach fun. Everything is a short walk where you can easily find bike and boat rentals, trips to catalina, whale watching trips, or charter a fishing trip.

If the kids want to learn to surf you may want to consider one of the local surf camps or rent a bike for a leisurely ride along the peninsula boardwalk.

Sightsee and play during the day, then come home, pour yourself a glass of wine and relax on your private rooftop balcony to savor that spectacular ocean sunset.
