You and your family are also only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Balboa Island and the historic Balboa Ferry, which takes both cars and pedestrians on a 5 minute ride to Balboa Peninsula and the Pacific Ocean beaches. There, you can “play” at the Fun Zone, charter a boat to Catalina Island, go deep sea fishing, stroll the board walk, rent bikes, surf, and treat yourself to a Ruby’s shake at the end of the pier!

When you walk through the front door of this Balboa Island vacation home you are greeted by a large great room living area perfectly appointed in a cottage-style décor complete with a large screen plasma TV, DVD, stereo system, fireplace, and wireless internet for all your computer needs as well as a sofa bed for additional guests during your vacation. Perfect for gathering family and friends to watch a movie or engage in lively conversation!

The kitchen has granite-topped counters, a Viking range, and dining table that seats 8. The kitchen is fully decked out with all appliances (wine chiller, toaster oven, coffee maker, trash compactor, dishwasher), all cooking paraphernalia, and place settings for 12. Sliding doors open to a relaxing patio with a gas grill. There is a full size washer and dryer, and a central vacuum system. The home boasts a two-car garage and a parking space for a small car next to the garage, a needed amenity with the scarcity of on street parking. There are 3 bicycles in the garage for your use as well as 4 beach chairs and toys for the kids.

The second floor of this lovely vacation home features all 4 bedrooms beginning with a spacious master bedroom suite with a large and beautifully finished bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub. The master bedroom has a fireplace, TV, and a king-sized sleep number bed. The first guest room is on the opposite end of the house with a comfortable queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twins. The kid’s bedroom room has a cute bunk bed and air hockey game. The kids can also go up to the playroom on the third floor with a TV, games, and comfortable sofas. The guest bedrooms share a large, full-sized bathroom with a double bowl sink. As an added bonus, each bedroom opens to a private deck with lovely views.

No pets and no smoking, please. There is a maximum sleeping occupancy of ten people.
