This spcious 5 bedroom house is located in the Maravilla  
beachfront community.  It is located aproximatedly 450 yards from  
the sands of the gulf and a 5 minute drive from shopping at Silver  
Sands factory outlets, a multitude of restaurants, and 5 world class  
golf courses. 
 
This elegant beach house has special features such as tile living  
area and with a huge 5th beadroom easily sleeps 16.  
 
The kitchen is totally equipped with dinnerware, pots,  
pans, and virtually all necessary cooking utensils.  
 
Televisions and VHS tape players in the living room, Master bedroom,  
and large den bedroom (with 2 queen size beds) 
 
Maravilla offers a beautiful 2.5 acre private beach.   
It's aproximately a 5 minute walk to the coded beach gate from this  
house.  There is a seasonal beach attendant service. 
The property also has 2 pools,one of which is seasonally heated,hot  
tub, 2 tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and convenient elevators. 
NO PETS AT ANY TIME 
AND NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED 
 
*Lessee (renter) MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE in order to rent as per  
association regulations and owner's policies! NO EXCEPTIONS!
