Vacation Rental Description

The Atrium Loft became the last and newest addition to my furnished 
rental properties in June of 2005. We can also direct you to my own 
website where you can see all our properties including this one, with 
full details and picutres.
This Loft Condo is the top two floors of a greystone triplex on 
Drolet Street just off of the Carre St Louis Park. A very desireable 
location with access just at the corner to the Sherbrook metro 
station.
The Loft is covering over 3000 sq ft on 3 levels plus a large and 
equipped roof terrace with BBQ, glass table and chair setting for 6.
The main level has a large open livingroom - home theatre set up 
space with a large 50 inch high definition Plasma TV ( DVD - Cable TV 
etc ). One bedroom and bathroom are on this level as well.
From the main floor there are front and back stairs to the second 
floor. One of these is from the main floor Atrium which is a huge 
space inclosed in glass leading up to the dining room area which is 
also open concept with the kitchen. Plans are for gradually 
introducing large tropical greenhouse plants. 
There are 3 bedrooms in all each with their own private bathroom ( 
two of each on the top level including the master bedroom and bath ).
The main bedroom is exceptionally large (ie 15x25 ft) with a king 
size bed.
All furnishings are completely new as of June of 2005. A lot of clean 
line like white furniture and cream leather sofas etc : other parts 
of the decor include period pieces of Aimes like 70's items like arc 
lamps etc.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heat, Hydro, basic local telephone service, cable TV with many movie 
channels included ( large 50 inch Plasma HD TV in main LR area plus 
the main bedroom also has TV-DVD as well ). 
There is also high speed wireless internet.
Hard wood floors throughout and tile floors in all the bathrooms plus 
the Atrium area and kitchen.
All bed and bath linens supplied.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top end appliances -  utensils, 
dishes etc are all of course furnished.
Two central air conditioners are in the main area of the top level 
which serve to cool the space from the top down.
Keyless entry door locks.
Japanese like Jacuzzi is in the lower level.
There is also in the lower level a laundry room with full size washer 
and dryer.
Parking can be on the street in non resident areas. Longer term 
rentors can obtain a city sticker permit to also use resident areas 
for parking if desired.
Sherbrook metro is just at the corner of Carre St Louis Park.

Activities and Attractions

With the metro ( subway ) so close all of Montreal is only minutes 
away.
The loft not only has the park just beside it, but also is just 
beside St Denis Street. 
The entire Plateau vacinity is known for its many restaurants and 
stores.
Truely a great location. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly : Cdn $ 2 persons $1500. 
3-4 persons $1800.
5-6 persons $2000.

Monthly : $5000.
10% discount applies for rentals of three months or more in high 
season and for all minimum one month rentals during the off season 
(from Oct 15 to March 31 )

Short term : minimum 3 night stays : 2 persons $250 per night
3-4 persons $350 per night
5-6 persons $450 per night
Plus exit cleaning fee of $60 

Rentals of periods longer than 2 weeks require renting parties to 
have cleaning lady services done either weekly or bi weekly at a cost 
of $60 per cleaning session.
