Vacation Rental Description

Called "Fernando's Hideaway," our wonderful  2 bedroom, 2 bath 
(plus utility room) 1200 sq. ft. oceanfront casa is located just 1.5 
miles north of downtown Ensenada. With an unobstructed 180 
degree view of the ocean and marina, this beautifully decorated 
and furnished home with Mexican tile floor pavers throughout 
and fully tiled bathrooms has all the comforts of home. 
Georgeous high wood-beamed ceilings and custom wood 
cabinetry are in all of the rooms, as well as local artisans 
work decorating the walls. Master bedroom has a king bed, 
second bedroom has a queen and an x-long twin bed, living 
room has a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The ambiance, pristine beauty of the sunsets and the yachts 
coming in and out of the marina make this a perfect spot for a 
family vacation or romantic getaway.  You will see the cruise 
ships coming into the Ensenada harbor straight ahead and a 
beautiful view of Punta Banda and Isla de Todos Santos as you 
relax on the spacious, oceanfront patio with wrought-iron table 
and chairs and chaise lounge for dining or sunning al fresco!

With downtown ENSENADA only 5 minutes away, you can 
have all the amenities of being close to town (shopping and 
dining), with the serene privacy of an ocean-front getaway.  Take 
a break for a spa treatment or a dine at a first class restaurant at 
the Marina Coral Hotel, just steps away from the house. Privacy 
and tranquility await you!

NOTE: PASSPORTS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO RE-ENTER THE U.S. FROM MEXICO (Via
car or foot) UNTIL JUNE 2009!!

Excludes Holidays and Holiday Weeks. 2-night minimum stay.  
3-night minimum stay in July and August (exceptions will be 
considered for last-minute bookings).

1/2 down to reserve. Balance plus $100 security deposit due 10 
days prior to stay. $30 cleaning fee per stay.  Deposit returned 
within 7 days after inspection of house.

Cashiers/Certified Checks/Money orders or Paypal accepted.
