This is a perfect place to rent for long term executive stays or

This 1,200 square foot condo has a unique design. It is the size of
a 2 bedroom unit. The 2nd bedroom walls were not added in order to
give the option of more living space. The second bedroom is achieved
by adding screens that block off the walls. A queen bed is set up as
either additional sitting space or a bed when needed. A second
bathroom is just off the 2nd bedroom/livingroom.

The master bedroom is very large and the private bathroom is well
designed. There is a tv with cable in the room.

The kitchen is state of the art and user friendly. There is a
dinning area with a table for 4. A large plasma tv is in the
livingroom with sitting for 6. A grill is on the outside patio
that faces the interior of the condo complex. The condo is very
quiet.3 foot cinder blocks divide the units making everything sound
proof.

Two parking spaces in the secured garage comes with the unit.Also
a large exersize room is open for use. A washer /dryer is inside the
unit.On the top on the building is a cooking area and tables for
larger gatherings. Great views are seen from up there.

Linens, towels, everything needed for a great retreat is
provided. All you need to bring is yourself.
