vacation rental description

Private property on a quiet cove, newly remodeled and completely
furnished, 1600 sq ft house with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, family room,
fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, sun room & decking. 10 steps
from the waters edge on a private boat dock with a 10 x 30 slip for
your boat and large swim deck. The gentle water is great for young
swimmers! Boat ramp access at Lake Shore Marina. This property is
off of Lake Road MO-5-33 in Sunrise Beach by land and Horsehoe Bend
(accross from Toad Cove) by Water. Cleaning fee is $60.

vacation rental rates

Available for Immediate Reservations: Off Season rate $120 a night
below are in season rates:
$150.00 a night,
3-Day Weekend at $450.00,
1-Week (6 nights) $900.00 and
Rental fees do not include cleaning fee ($60) and taxes.
Payment prefered by paypal, will send invoice, may by credit card
(M/C, Visa, Discover & AMX), $250 deposit fee due upon cofirmed
registration and remaining half due 30 days prior to reservation
date.

great memory

We love your place! It was a perfect place to take a family for a mini vacation before school started. One family member got up on wakeboarding for the first time. What a great memory. We'll be back next year!

You have a nice lake home. Me and my mom wished we lived here. Did I mention I kot my first fish.
Mother wrote. We loved your home. Our son caught his first fish and we did some cannoeing. Saw some deer next door. We would love to come back next year. Thanks for renting to us.
