Spend your vacation in this dream house. Completely remodeled and updated with beautiful and upscale furnishings, this cozy beach-front house will pamper you in comfort. The house is spectacularly located on the white, sugary sand of Sunset Beach, at the Southern end of Treasure Island. Situated in a quiet, upscale neighborhood off the main strip, you'll be able to relax and wind down from life's everyday grind. Walk out the front door, and your toes are in the sand!
There's plenty of space to sleep up to 10 people, with four wood-lined bedrooms and a comfortable pull out sofa in the living room. The upstairs master bedroom features a king size bed, and includes it's own private walk out balcony facing the water. Upstairs, there are two other bedrooms each with a flat screen TV. One room has a queen size bed and the other room has two twins for the kids. The shared upstairs bathroom is luxuriously appointed with double sink granite counter tops and a shower/tub. Downstairs, the private fourth bedroom features a Queen size bed, flat screen TV and an upscale bathroom in the hallway.
The large living room gives an outstanding view of the beach and Gulf, and leads out to an enormous beach front deck area with plenty of loungers and seating for every occasion. There's a good quality barbeque grill for your use on the deck, and a shed full of beach chairs, toys, and other goodies for your use. Free Internet WiFi is included, as well as all linens and beach and bath towels. The fully updated kitchen features granite throughout, a huge amount of cabinet space, with all the pots, pans, dishes, kitchenware, and utensils that you would ever need. There's a full size washer and dryer, and a large dining area.
The view of the sunset and dolphins playing in the Gulf of Mexico will entrance you with it's magic and glory. There's no better place than on your private deck, sipping your favorite refreshment. Come and experience what a beach vacation is all about.
