Step out the door and you'll find yourself directly on the sands of Madeira Beach. It's a perfect retreat for a week or a month - you'll feel right at home in this well appointed and spacious condo.

The condo is updated and comfortable with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a new sleep sofa in the living room. The living room opens up to the large beachfront balcony, and is equipped nicely with an entertainment system and plenty of seating with two large and comfortable couches. There's a full kitchen, with coffee maker, blender, plenty of kitchenware, dinnerware, and even a separate bar area. There is a dining room with plenty of room for all joined with the spacious living room with an incredible view from the condo's large private balcony. All linens, bath and beach towels are provided.

This condo is a corner unit on the first floor, overlooking the swimming pool, and with a picture perfect view of the beach and Gulf. Assigned parking with plenty of room for guests, elevator, full size washer/dryer, even a couple of beach chairs included.
