With all new furnishings throughout, this spacious condo stands out from everything else in the building with a King size bed in the master bedroom, and a Queen size bed in the second bedroom. For extra sleeping arrangements, there is a premium Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and plenty of linens and towels for everyone. There are three new flat screen TV's - including one for each bedroom, free high speed WiFi, DVD player, and every kitchen appliance you may need. Inside the unit, you'll also find a full-size washer/dryer and a couple of premium beach chairs for your use.

The large private balcony gives a wonderful view, and has seating for enjoying your morning cup of coffee. The dining area has seating for six, with a granite topped bar area for casual dining or some work space.

The condo is on the second floor in a quiet section of the building, and the private balcony off the living room gives a very peaceful view of the Gulf. The resort fitness room is just next door, and the unit has it's own reserved parking spot.
