Fully furnished including all appliances plus washer/dryer in the condo. The location is great next to heated community pool and a 5 minute stroll to Jupiter's pet friendly and beautiful beach. JORC also has a clubhouse with activities if desired, or just kick back and enjoy the SoFla weather and lifestyle this winter.
Available from December 1st 2013 with a 30 day min. I will not rent Feb or Feb and March until Dec and or Jan is rented.
Please add 11% sales tax, $150 cleaning fee and $500 security deposit which is refundable.
All utilities are included, with a cap of $100 on electric.
The association will charge $100 fee for an approval.
JORC will not allow pickup trucks, sorry.
