1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom apartment is on the first floor of a 2 story house on a clean and clear swimmable canal.
Enjoy an Ocean View while sunbathing in the back yard by the canal. House is the 4th from the ocean. Fish right from the dock and catch some mangrove snapper and cook it up on the grill for Dinner. Bringing a boat, no problem we have dock space.
Enjoy use of a 2 person sit on top Kayak.
