Welcome to Hilton Head Resort Villa 3214 for a fun and memorable holiday.  There is so much to do here on site at the resort.  You can stay as busy as you like here or explore all kinds of activities offered on our beautiful island.  On the other hand, relax and do little or nothing in your cheerful and pleasant unit.  We hope to offer comfortable, clean, well maintained, and well supplied accomodations.

3214 is located in the atrium building 3 with INDOOR pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna , exercise room, indoor track, restrooms with showers.  It is on the second floor which is the only floor with direct access to the pool area.  The balcony is a desirable OUTSIDE balcony.  It has a glider and a reclining patio chair with ottoman.  The view is toward the Robert Trent Jones golf course.

There is a La Z Boy recliner in the family area and a KING size bed in the master bedroom.   

  The HHR location is great and central to most everything.  Coming onto the island it is easy to find.  Stay on hwy 278 until you come to mile marker 7.  That's it .  You're there.

   The resort is oceansideside...no streets to cross going to the ocean.  Take the golf cart shuttle or enjoy the 5 to 7 min walk on the boardwalk across the incredible wildlife salt marsh and tidal creek.  The boardwalk has stations along the way to tell about the tides and describe the wildlife and vegetation you see, an eco educational adventure in itself---and a nature lovers paradise!

  The villa is totally updated and tastefully decorated with a tropical, welcoming atmosphere.  There are tile floors with inlay in the kitchen, living, dining, and baths.  The bedrooms have Pergo floors.

   The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and TV with separate Blu-ray disc player.

   The master bedroom has a KING bed, dresser, chair and TV w/built in DVD.

   The guest bedroom has twin beds, a dresser,  book case, chair, and TV w/built in DVD.

   All three ceiling fans have remote control w/light dimming feature.

  The master bathroom has a tub shower.  The guest bathroom has a shower. 

   The kitchen has all new cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and a smooth cook top range.  You will find most anything you need for cooking---blender ,coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, Foremon grill, and more.

  FOR THE BEACH:  2 Nautica beach chairs, umbrella, 2 boogy boards, and a Beachcomber Macwagon swim noodles for the pool.  Please bring your own towels for the beach and pool.

  The unit sleeps six:  one KING bed, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa.

We have tried to supply everything you might need to have a wonderful holiday.

Occupancy:  for 6 with a maximum of 4 adults.

HHR has many amenities on site.

  Building 1:  large outdoor pool, deli and convenience store, also bike rentals

  Building 2:  lovely garden, elevated sun deck in the middle, and a badmitten court at the far end.

  Building 3:  your building: "the atrium" (completely covered), large indoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, indoor track, restrooms, showers, free log on access wi-fi room.

  Building 4:  six lighted tennis courts and an outside pool

  Your villa is well situated in the complex being central to everything.  You are close to two elevators.  There is a convenient laundry on your floor.    The resort is gated with 24/7 security. 

Coco's On The Beach bar & grill offers a place to eat or drink and has bathrooms for beach convenience.

BEACH-uncrowded with limited public access

WATERSPORTS-all kinds-paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, on and on

GOLF-two dozen golf courses or have fun with miniature golf

BIKING-50 miles of bike paths or choose to ride on the beach.  The island is very, very bike friendly.

TENNIS anyone?

SHOPPING-Tanger outlets in Bluffton, many thrift and consignment shops on and off-island, shops of all types.

CHURCH-many denominations.  Central Church of God (mile marker #10)  is a good choice.  You will feel right at home with lots of new friends.

SIGHT SEEING-Beaufort, Savannah, or maybe try Charleston.  Lots to see and enjoy.

Vacation Rental Base Rates*:               

Summer rates: 5/10 to 9/6, weekly only sat to sat, $675/wk.* 

Fall: 9/6 to 11/1, minimum of 3 nights @ $85/nt., $575/wk.*

Winter: 11/1 to 3/1, mininum of 3 nights @ $75/nt., $475/wk.*  Check for holiday rates!

Spring: 3/1 to 5/10, minimum of 3 nts., @ $85/nt., $575/wk.*

*A 10% SC/local tax plus $100 departure linens/cleaning is added to your Base Rate.

Monthly: November 1, 2014 to February 28, 2015, 832/month, add 10% SC/local taxes, $100 departure linens/cleaning, and $80 power(max), for $1095 total rent, all-inclusive.

Four (4) adults max, total of six (6) people only.

Legal age required to rent.

A separate security(damage) deposit of $100 will reserve your rental time.  PayPal deposits are preferred, but checks are acceptable.  The security(damage) deposit is refundable after inspection and cleaning.  Deposit payments for nonrentals are not refundable, but reschedules within six(6) months are acceptable.

PayPal rent payments require a 3% service fee. 

Total rental balances excluding $100 security(damage) deposit are due 30 days prior to your visit by check, and partial payments are acceptable. 

Frequent renter discounts are available.

Pets are NOT allowed by the resort.  Our villa is NON-Smoking.

Family Fun

It was such a treat to stay in this condo! Our family members are also owners on this floor of the complex, so the units were very convenient for sharing meals and babysitting duties! (Not to mention trips to the indoor pool right outside our door when the sun went down and the kids hadn't had enough swimming for the day.)

The descriptions of the features and amenities are precisely as described. It was spotless and fully up to date with decor and appliances. We felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Our family made use of the boogie boards and beach chairs on a daily basis. We only ate dinner out once during our stay, so we enjoyed and utilized the fully furnished kitchen, including the abundance of counter appliances. We also found it unexpectedly convenient to have the bar & grill and gift shop right next to the outdoor pool.

The set up of the condo provided the right amount of privacy and functionality for our family, with twin beds in one of the bedrooms for the kids.

A restaurant that has become a favorite among my family, who are frequent Hilton Head vacationers, is "Roastfish & Cornbread." It is a small hole-in-the-wall with amazing southern cooking. The owner/chef is Carribean and puts a unique and sometimes spicy twist on the dishes, which are centered around seafood and delicious vegetables.

We would highly recommend staying here in this unit to future guests, and will probably stay here again next time we return to Hilton Head.

Great Vacation Condo

Everything in this unit is new from the furniture to the fixtures. The location is great. This condo building is one of four in the complex and this building has the covered pool area inside the building center so its great for children and night swimming without bugs. Its a short walk (7 minutes) to the ocean over a well maintained walkway over the marsh area. Also a golf cart seating 6 runs back and forth to the beach during the day and early evening. There is a resturant\bar at the outdoor pool in building 1 near the beach as well as one on the beach called Cocos. These resturants are the least expensive place to eat on the Island. And the food is great. This owner also owns a condo in building 1 looking out over the ocean. If you play golf check out The Golden Bear Country Club nearby. We played for $60 per person during the week. Great semi-private golf. You are also located next to one of the three Palmetto Dunes golf courses and they are also open to the public. I would recommend this condo to up to 6 people for four adult and two children of two adults and four children or two couples. Plenty of room. Great Condo and great owner.

More than Expected

I believe we were the first people to rent this unit after David's renovation. Everything was gleaming new and sparkly clean. TV's and dvd players in every room, free wi-fi and a great view overlooking Palmetto Dunes Country Club.

Although the facility itself is dated I found the grounds to be spotless and staff eager to help. They even have a golf cart shuttle to the beach. You walk across the salt marsh on a raised walkway to get there and its a great way to see the wildlife of the area.

At mile marker 7 this resort is ideally central to all activities on the Island and only about 40 minutes to Savannah. We particularly enjoyed the Sea Coasta Museum and the island tour explaining the history of the island and particularly the Gullah culture.

Thanks again Mr. and Mrs. C. for providing us with a great base for our vacation.
