The two upper level king bedrooms each have their own bath and each has a door that opens out to the upper level sundeck. The main floor king bedroom and twin bedroom, both have new master baths. There is a den, very large living and dining area, and kitchen, all with gulf views. Just a few steps from your living area, there is a large pool and Jacuzzi with full gulf views. On the upper level sundeck, there is a one bedroom guest cottage with king bedroom and bath, full kitchen and living area, and water views.
