Home away from home!! This charming old house will make you feel right at home in desirable area in East Coast of New Brunswick. You can cook your own meals, do your own laundry, have your family parties and pay less than a hotel or B&B.
This beautiful house is located in heart of Shediac and only 5 minutes from Parle Beach. Shediac is the famous Tourism Town and is known as the lobster capital of the world. It is also a home to the Shediac Lobster Festival.
Perfect location in town. Quiet area, oversized lot and with walking distance to great restaurants, outdoor music in the park, street art shows of local artisans, and of course Sunday farmer’s market.
The house accommodates four to six people. There are two bedrooms on second floor. One bedroom has a queen bed with plenty of space for additional bed or a crib (if needed). Second bedroom has a double bed. There is a large sofa in the living room that can be used for that extra sleeping space.
Kitchen is large, fully equipped and ready for family dinners.
Outdoor patio is cozy and private with outside portable BBQ.
Laundry room with front load washer and dryer is located by the kitchen.
The house is extremely clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated by professional designer.
Shediac is just a short 20 minute drive from Moncton and approximately 45 minutes from Confederation Bridge, which links New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island . Take a day trip to Hopewell Rocks and Bay of Fundy Park.

There is so much to do here....You can spend all day on the beach, or go dancing in near by city of Moncton in the evening.
vacation rental rates
The house is available from June to September for minimum 1 week stay at $725 per week or $2500 per month.
Off season rates Oct-May are available on monthly rental only at minimum of 6 months at the price of $2200 per month.
