A squeaky clean designer home located in walking distance to Lake Sumter Landing Square.  A beautifully furnished 3 bedroom (plus den), 2 bath home located in the Village of VIRGINA TRACE.  It is a short walk to the Canal Street Recreation Center which has a family pool, tennis, billiards, pickleball, etc.  It is also in walking distance to Sweetbay, our local supermarket.  But don't forget your Village pool around the corner from the home.

This Designer home has everything, a full Kitchen with new dishes, glasses, pots & pans and utensils, a toaster, coffee maker, and everything else you need to cook a homemade meal.  All linens provided include new sheets & other bedding, new bath & pool towels, iron & board etc.  Included is a 39" new flat sreen TV with DVR/DVD in Living Room and 24" new flat screen TV in Master Bedroom and high speed Internet (WiFi).  You will find the Master Bedroom has a new King size mattress and all the other Bedrooms have new Queen size mattresses.  BBQ Grill.

All you need are your clothes, toothbrush & golf clubs and you're ready to enjoy "The Villages Lifestyle" and all it has to offer.

Whatever your interest, The Villages has something for you.  There are card clubs, yoga classes, billiards. and dancing to music at one of our 3 Squares in the evenings, to name a few.  We have over 1900 activities and clubs to choose from.  There is a 24 neighborhood watch security patrol, also.  For golfers, there are over 525 holes of golf.  There are 30 Executive Courses with Free Green Fees (with the Villages Amenity Transfer card) as well as 11 Championship Country Clubs, 9 of those have 27 holes.....with reduced fees.  We have ATM/Banks and even our own 225 bed hospital.  Just over an hour drive away are world renowned Disney World, Epcot Center, Universal Studios, and Sea World, as well as all the great shopping & restaurants the Orlando area has to offer.  Also, about an hour away, the Tampa/St. Petersburg area offers outstanding culture with fine theatres, and restaurants, shopping and Busch Gardens theme park.  Travel east or west to the ocean with its sun kissed coastal beaches for an ocean swim.  The Villages is truly the "Disney World for Adults".  The Villages offer everything you will need to provide a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere with all the comforts of home in a vacation setting.

Rental Policy:

$550.....................Reservation/ Security Deposit due with signed rental agreement

$125.....................Cleaning Fee

$150.....................Pet Fee per animal

$ 50.....................(optional) Villages Amenity Transfer ID card

A luxury 4 seat electric golf cart is available for an extra charge. (High speed motor, Halogen headlight, signal lights and side curtain.

All rates are subject to change until Reservation/Security Deposit is received and your requested dates are confirmed.

$550 Reservation/Security Deposit must be received to guarantee your reservation.  This Reservation/Security Deposit will not be applied to your rental and will be returned to you, within 14 business days, after a walkthrough inspection is done and no damage to the home has been found.  If rental home reservation is not canceled within 90 days of arrival date, the Reservation/Security Deposit will be forfeited. This applies to any length of time of rental. Remainder of total rental amount due, is expected on or before 90 days of arrival date.

We do NOT accept smokers.

Rents are paid with cashier or certified checks PRIOR to arrival.

Check-in time is 3:00pm arrival date of rental agreement and check-out time is 10:00am departure date of rental agreement.
